This is an informational and contact website. What we publish about plans, coverage and prices is commercial information and does not by itself constitute a contract. The binding terms of your relationship with AsisteYa are those set out in the Plan Terms and Conditions.

4. Nature of the service

AsisteYa provides repatriation assistance for deceased persons. It is not an insurance company, it is not a funeral home and it does not sell prepaid funeral plans.

5. Intellectual property

The name AsisteYa, its logo, and the text, images, design and code of this site belong to JAIRO CORREA & SON’S LLC or are used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas, not to introduce malicious code and not to carry out bulk or automated extraction of content.

7. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Published prices, coverage and timescales may change without notice.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites whose content we neither control nor take responsibility for.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend the site temporarily for maintenance.

10. Machine translation

This site offers a Spanish version generated by machine translation. The English version is the only official one. Where the versions differ, the English text prevails. Legal documents are valid only in their English version.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not deprive consumers of the non-waivable rights granted to them by the law of their country of habitual residence.
